The following questions comprise an application to obtain a cat or kitten from Jasper Ridge Siberians. The questions are meant to assist us in knowing as much as possible about you and your home so we can make the best placements for our kittens and cats. Please fill in your answers using an e-mail or word processing program. The application can then be printed and snail mailed or sent pasted into the body of an email or as an attachment.
